If you want use your computer and TV Tuner on more than one location, for example, different rooms, travelling with your laptop, you can choose a USB TV Tuner, other wise you can buy a TV Tuner Card. USB TV Tuners are like USB flash stick, for DVB-T and ATSC, ISDB-T; but for DVB-S, the unit is bigger as a cigarette box. USB TV Tuners are mostly for desktop use, althogh the installtoion is a little complicated, but after the installation you will find it's convenience.
